Inclusive Design

On May 18, 2023, Gail Nappell, Gensler's Inclusive Design Network Lead, lead a panel discussion on the importance of inclusive campus design along with Erick Mikiten, Owner of The Art of Access and Mikiten Architecture, and Autumn Wylder, Program & Operational Excellence Manager for Site Services at Genentech. The panelists discussed the importance of creating inclusive working environments, drawing on their own personal experiences, and answering questions from the audience on how others can implement these changes at their own companies.
