The CoreNet Northern California Chapter is proud to honor excellence in leadership, partnership, and innovation through two of its most prestigious awards:
- The Service Provider of the Year Award recognizes an individual or organization that has consistently delivered outstanding value, strategic insight, and exceptional service within the corporate real estate industry.
- The Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year Award is CoreNet NorCal’s highest individual honor, celebrating a senior CRE leader who exemplifies strategic vision, influential leadership, and significant industry impact.
Nominations for the 2026 awards are now closed. Thank you to all who submitted nominations—your entries showcased an inspiring range of professionals and partners who are driving our industry forward. The Awards Selection Committee is currently reviewing all submissions.
Both awards will be presented at the 28th Annual Corporate Real Estate Awards Gala on Thursday, November 19, 2025, at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. We look forward to recognizing these exceptional leaders and celebrating excellence throughout the CoreNet NorCal community.

How are Honorees Selected?
Annually, our honorees are selected through an anonymous and rigorous nomination and review process. Members of the Northern California Chapter are invited to nominate their peers or self-nominate during an open call for nominations. The CRE Nominations and Selection Committee consists of a diverse group of Chapter members with years of industry and CoreNet experience as both end-users and service providers. Careful attention is placed to ensure the selection committee members include gender and ethnic diversity and a balance of end-users and service providers. Furthermore, we ensure there cannot be more than one committee member from any given company and there is an equal balance between industries. The Selection Committee carefully and consistently reviews each candidate based on the specific service provider and end-user criteria to make its final decision. The committee takes its role seriously, as this peer recognition is the greatest honor the Chapter awards to its members each year.
