CoreNet Northern California Emerging Leader of the Year Award

Nominations Due: Friday, May 9

We are excited to announce that the Chapter has begun the nomination process for the Emerging Leader of the Year Award which recognizes the contributions of our Young Leaders. The nomination process is open to the entire Northern California Chapter, and the winner will be recognized at the CRE Awards Gala this fall. Submit your nomination(s) for the Chapter's Young Leader of the Year Award! The nomination process is open to the entire Northern California Chapter, and the winner will be recognized at the CRE Awards Dinner this fall. The winner of our Chapter's EL of the Year will automatically be nominated for the CoreNet Global Young Leader of the Year Award.

The award celebrates and recognizes actively engaged young professionals who are implementing best practices and quantifiable achievements in the field and are pursuing professional development opportunities. Nominees must be a current member of the NorCal Chapter, be 35 years of age or younger by November 1, 2024, and be an actively engaged member over the last 12 months.

Take two minutes out of your day and submit a nomination for a leader you feel deserves recognition for their significant accomplishments by Friday, May 9!

Criterion for Selection

  • Developed and implemented initiatives that positively impacted the profession and how you used them in your current role (35 points)
  • Demonstrated quantifiable achievements that contributed to the employer’s success (35 points)
  • Actively involved in real estate industry organizations and/or CoreNet Global over the previous 12 months. What was the biggest takeaway or learning achievement you experienced? (15 points)
  • Actively pursuing professional development. Provide 1 goal or more you would like to achieve. (15 points)
