Leadership Development Cohort (LDC) Committee


About the Committee


The Leadership Development Cohort (LDC) Committee oversees and advances the chapter’s flagship leadership program to ensure its continued quality, relevance, and alignment with the mission of the CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter. The committee plays a critical role in shaping the participant experience and strengthening the long-term impact of the program.

Committee Responsibilities 

  • Conduct annual program reviews and recommend enhancements to curriculum, structure, and delivery

  • Manage program logistics, including venues, catering, and session coordination

  • Lead participant recruitment and oversee the application and selection process

  • Coordinate marketing, communications, and facilitator contracts in partnership with the Board of Directors and Chapter Office

Committee Goals

  • Continuously refine and improve the LDC program based on cohort feedback and outcomes

  • Explore opportunities to expand and scale the program’s impact within the chapter and broader CRE community

Committee membership is open to graduates of the Leadership Development Cohort who are interested in giving back, shaping future cohorts, and supporting the next generation of industry leaders.
