Welcome to the NextGen CRE Scholars Fund

Supporting future leaders in corporate real estate is at the heart of the Southern California Chapter of CoreNet Global’s mission. This program provides students with invaluable financial assistance and industry exposure, helping them excel in their academic and professional journeys.

The NextGen CRE Scholars Fund awards $5,000 scholarships to five outstanding students annually. Designed to support educational costs, the program also connects recipients with CoreNet’s global network through a complimentary student membership and exclusive access to the REmmy Awards Gala.

Eligibility

To qualify for the NextGen CRE Scholars Fund, applicants must be pursuing a degree in corporate real estate or a related discipline and meet the following criteria:

    • Be currently enrolled at a college or university in Southern California.
    • Be in their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year of college.
    • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Fields of study eligible for the NextGen CRE Scholars Fund include, but are not limited to:

  • Real Estate Development
  • Architecture
  • Urban Planning
  • Business
  • Facility Management
  • Engineering
  • Construction Management
  • Project Management

What You'll Receive

Recipients of the NextGen CRE Scholars Fund will receive:

    • A $5,000 scholarship for tuition and books.
    • A complimentary CoreNet Global student membership providing access to professional resources and networking opportunities.
    • Exclusive recognition and a complimentary ticket to the 2025 REmmy Awards Gala on November 13th.
