Since 2012, Nicole has led Future Ways of Working for Telstra, conducting national and international site tours, and collaborating across Telstra to create the FWOW vision and framework. Most recently, FWOW has driven a significant workplace transformation at Telstra's Sydney HQ, aligning to the All Roles Flex policy, utilising Telstra's market-leading technologies and supported by a robust approach to change management.
