SMALL FORUM HOT TOPIC: Why is San Francisco The Place to Be for Growing Tech Companies?

When:  Dec 3, 2015 from 11:30 AM to 02:00 PM (PT)
Associated with  Northern California

San Francisco is at the top of every young tech firms site selection list.  Since 2010, high-tech has driven more than 2/3 of “net-new” occupancy.  Office rents have skyrocketed, apartment rents are surpassing NYC for the first time ever and we have more people employed in San Francisco than any other time in history.

  • What are your company’s top concerns as you look to grow in San Francisco, and how are these getting addressed?
  • Is this growth sustainable?
  • What does this mean for non-tech occupiers?
  • Can the regional infrastructure handle these growth levels?

Amber Schiada, vice president and director of research for Northern California at JLL, will facilitate a small group discussion around this hot topic, which is so relevant to many of our company members.

Please join a limited group of your end-user CoreNet colleagues to deep dive into this timely topic.  We need to cap registration for this engaging event at 18 to insure we have a spirited and relevant discussion. Registration is on a first-in basis, so register asap!

Please note: Registration will be restricted to CoreNet end-user members (no non-members). Unfortunately, no drop-in participants can be accommodated.  If registration is full, you can ask to be placed on the waiting list by emailing nocalchapter@corenetglobal.org.
