Annual Business Chapter Meeting & Presentation of the 2009 Innovator Awards
MARCH is our Chapter's Annual Business Meeting!
CoreNet Global Northern California Chapter begins a brand new business year on April 1st. In preparation, at our regular Chapter meeting on March 18, 2010, we will have our Annual Membership Business Meeting, where we will be asking our membership to approve the slate of candidates for the Executive Committee recommended by the Chapter's Nomination Committee and ratified by the Board. Nominations may also be taken from the floor.
This year, the chosen candidates will be appointed to serve as:
·Executive Vice President/President-Elect
·Administrative Director
In addition, we will be taking this opportunity to formally acknowledge the contributions of all of our 2009-2010 sponsors and volunteers. Please join us in taking care of this brief but important business for our Chapter.
On behalf of the Board, we thank you for your continued participation and involvement in the Chapter.
Presentation of the 2009 Innovator Awards
The Northern California Selection Committee for the Executive of the Year Awards recognized and celebrated members and organizations who demonstrate innovation. Those recognized will present their work at the March Chapter Meeting with the help of Gail Smith of CRE Strategies who will serve as moderator. For 2009, the Selection Committee awarded Special Recognition to the following:
Sven Pole, Senior Managing Director and Matt Werner, Senior Managing Director, CB Richard Ellis as leaders and drivers of the Portfolio Research Consortium.
Randy Smith, Vice President, Real Estate and Facilities and Kazuya Seya, Director, Japan Real Estate & Facilities, Oracle Corporation
David Mourning, President CEO and Mary Lee Duff, Principal Workplace Strategist, IA/Interior Architects.

Announcement from the CRC Committee
