Awards Dinner November 18, 2010

The CoreNet Global Northern California Honors Award celebrates industry individuals and organizations who demonstrate standards of excellence and best practices. The 2010 Award categories include:

CORPORATE REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE

Recognizes a Bay area based executive whose local or global real estate accomplishments for their company or our industry distinguish them among their peers. The Chapter seeks to recognize

v Achievements in contributing to company growth and success

v Contributions for promoting the practice of corporate real estate

v Contribution to real estate organization and associations as educator or leader

v Consistent involvement and achievement in community

v Demonstration of personal integrity

v Nominees may come from any sector including corporate, non-profit, institutional and government

v Active Corenet Chapter membership and participation

SERVICE PROVIDER

Recognizes individuals whose performance and client interactions provide a uniquely valued experience to those with whom they work and evidences actions that transcend the expected. Categories include but are not limited to Brokerage/Transaction Advisory, Construction, Design, Engineering, Legal Services and Technology. Selection criteria recognizes:

v Demonstrated ability to deliver as promised while exceeding client expectations

v Provides excellent value to clients

v Applies new solutions and innovative approaches to solve non-standard challenges

v Demonstration of personal integrity and highest ethics with clients, competitors and other service providers

v Enhances market perception of their profession

v Active Chapter membership and participation

INNOVATOR AWARD

To recognize and celebrate those active Chapter Members, who, as a team or multiple organization collaboration, have executed an innovative management practice or work process leading to superior performance and delivers a desired, measurable and sustained result. Examples of innovation to our industry include but are not limited to Service Delivery, Asset Management, Technology, Sustainable Design or Development.
